Sol Mar
Coastal Kitchen
A celebration of South Florida sun, sea, and soul — where sustainable coastal cuisine meets the warm spirit of the tropics.
Sun, Sea & Soul
Sol Mar was born from a simple idea: that the best meal is one shared in good company, with food that honors where it comes from. Founded in 2019 by chef Elena Vargas and sommelier Marco Reyes, our kitchen draws inspiration from the vibrant cultures of South Florida.
Every dish on our menu tells a story. Our fish arrives daily from local fishermen in Islamorada and Key West. Our produce comes from small farms in Homestead, just 30 miles south.
