Sabor & Fuego began as a dream shared between two childhood friends — Chef Isabella Reyes, raised in the mountains of Colombia, and Chef Marco Vásquez, whose roots run deep in the coastal kitchens of Peru. In 2019, they brought their vision to Miami's vibrant Brickell neighborhood.
The name says it all: sabor — flavor, depth, soul — and fuego — fire, passion, life. Every dish is a conversation between tradition and innovation, honoring the bold culinary heritage of Latin America while reimagining it for the modern palate.
